Vanilla Sugar

   Add one or two vanilla beans to a container of sugar and let sit for a couple of weeks. The sugar will start to taste like vanilla sugar.

   Use it in desserts, coffee or on the rim of cocktails.

   Or if you need your sugar quickly, up the number of beans to 5, then:

   - Cut vanilla beans in 4 parts and split them in two

5. 5

   - Put the beans and sugar into a coffee mill or grinder

   - Grind for a few minutes

   - Strain with a fine sieve

8. 8

   - Mix with the other cup of sugar

   - Enjoy
