A day before needed bake your cake

On day cake is made and has cooled crumble the cake well in a large bowl

Mix in icing (May need more or less so add in a little at a time) you do not want to drown the crumbled cake in icing

Have the consistency enough to roll them into small balls and will keep their shape

Line a tray with parchment/wax paper

Roll cake /icing mixture into small balls and place on tray

Dip the tip of the lollipop stick in a little melted chocolate and stick them halfway through cake balls

Place in fridge for a day to ensure they harden enough

Take them out the next day and dip them in melted chocolate and place them upright on some styrofoam and sprinkle or drizzle with more chocolate right away

Place in the fridge to allow chocolate to harden and enjoy!
