1. Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter. Layer apple slices on the bottom of the cake pan. Evenly sprinkle brown sugar, cinnamon and allspice on top of apples. Place cubes of butter on top of mixture.

2. Make muffin batter according to package instructions, substituting Greek yogurt for the oil. Discard the streusel topping that came in the package, or save for another use. Spread batter evenly on top of the apple and cinnamon mixture.

3. Place in the oven and bake until cake is fully done, about 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven.

4. When slightly cooled, run a sharp knife around the edges. Place a plate on top of cake and invert the pan so that the plate is on the bottom. Gently tap pan to release cake. Remove pan and you have your cake. Enjoy!
