1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/3 c. coarsely chopped onion
2 tsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. low sodium beef broth
1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
1/4 c. light sour cream
