Unbaked Sweetened Sweet Potato Bites

   Use the center of the sweet potato.

   Slice 8 thin rounds.

   Boil quickly and coat evenly with sugar.

   Finely chop the other parts of the sweet potato.

   Boil until soft.

   Add the ingredients and mash.

   Then add the ingredients and mix lightly.

   Put the mixture in a blender and make it smooth and fluffy.

   It should only take 20 to 30 seconds.

    Whip the ingredients until stiff peaks form.

    Squeeze on the center of the sliced sweet potatoes from Step 1.

    Let the mixture from Step 3 slide off a spatula and cover the whipped cream.
