Ultra-Simple Oil-free Cabbage-Vinegar Salad

   Shred the cabbage and put in a bowl of water, then drain.

   Slice the carrot then cut into fine julienne.

   Slice the cucumber diagonally then cut into finely julienne matchsticks.

   Put the cabbage, carrot and cucumber in a bowl, add the sushi vinegar and the sesame seeds and mix well

   Transfer to serving plates.
