Twice Baked Potatoes

   Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius. Wrap the potato in aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes, until tender.

   Remove from oven, unwrap, and let cool enough to handle. Cut into half and scoop out the flesh.

   Saute the garlic in the oil. Add the onion. When transparent, add the sausage and cabbage. Stir frquently and add the potato. Stir in the cream. Add salt to taste.

   Fill the potato skins with the filling and serve.
