Ingredients: 1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs; ½ cup finely chopped pecans; ¼ cup butter, melted; 2 tablespoons sugar; 2 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese, softened; ½ cup sugar; 1 tablespoon vanilla; 2 eggs; 2 tablespoons flour; ¾ cup regular evaporated milk (such as carnation); ½ cup sour cream; 14 turtles chocolate decorative candies, chopped

½ cup finely chopped pecans
¼ cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
2 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
¾ cup regular evaporated milk (such as carnation)
½ cup sour cream
14 turtles chocolate decorative candies, chopped

Crust: Preheat oven to 300.

Stir together graham cracker crumbs, pecans, butter & sugar in a bowl until well combined; press into bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan.

Bake 12 minutes or until golden & firm;refrigerate until chilled.

Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar & vanilla until smooth.

Beat in eggs & flour.

Gradually beat in evaporated milk and the sour cream.

Stir in chopped turtles; pour over crust.

Bake 25 minutes.

Cover loosely with foil, bake an additional 30-40 minutes or until edges are set but centre still jiggles slightly.

Let cool to room temp on baking rack.

Run a sharp knife around edge of pan; remove pan edges.

*This cheesecake is nice decorated on top with additional turtle snackin' size candies (in a circular pattern nearly to the outer edge of cake, or (three candies placed triangle fashion) in the middle, or both!)
