2 pound grnd turkey
2 med. onions, minced

Brown turkey in skillet.

Add in onions, garlic and mushrooms.

Saute/fry till mushrooms are golden brown.

Put in crock pot or possibly stock pot with all other ingredients except lowfat sour cream and wine.

Crock pot: Cook on low 6-8 hrs or possibly on high for 3 hrs.

Stock pot: Simmer on low for 1 hour or possibly more.
