Ingredients: 3 lbs. grnd turkey; 2 lg. peppers, finely diced; 2 med. onions, finely diced; 2 quarts. tomato sauce; 3 cloves of garlic; Oregano; 1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce; 1 pkg. mushrooms finely diced; 1 c. A-1 steak sauce; 16 ounce. can peeled tomatoes; Garlic pwdr to taste; Onion pwdr to taste; 12 ounce. Italian sweet turkey sausages (precooked); 2 lbs. thin spaghetti; Healthy pinch of salt; 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

3 lbs. grnd turkey
2 lg. peppers, finely diced
2 med. onions, finely diced
2 quarts. tomato sauce
3 cloves of garlic
Oregano
1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce
1 pkg. mushrooms finely diced
1 c. A-1 steak sauce
16 ounce. can peeled tomatoes
Garlic pwdr to taste
Onion pwdr to taste

2 lbs. thin spaghetti

Brown grnd turkey, bell peppers, onions.

Drain.

heat tomato sauce, stir, low.

Add in grnd turkey to sauce.

Add in garlic, oregano, soy, mushrooms, steak sauce, peeled tomatoes to sauce.

Season to taste with powders.

To remove grease, boil turkey sausages for 15 min.

Drain.

Let cold, slice into chunks and add in to sauce.

Simmer covered for 1 and 1/2 hrs.

For thicker sauce, keep uncovered for last half hour.

Cook spaghetti, drain.

Run under cool water.
