Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces. Bring a pot of water to boil and steam the cauliflower for 5 to 10 minutes.

Remove the cauliflower and allow the florets to cool. Add to a bowl and add the cheese. Set aside.

Add onions and tomatoes to the water and boil for 5 minutes.

Place the turkey rolls in a small baking dish. Pour the sauce on top of the turkey.

Place the baking dish in the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
