Turkey 'N Stuffing Pie Recipe

   May use 3 c. of leftover stuffing.

   Omit butter, water, and stuffing crumbs.

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

   In medium saucepan heat water and butter till butter melts.

   Remove from heat; stir in crumbs and 1/2 can French fried onions.

   Spoon stuffing mix into 9-inch baking dish; press stuffing into dish to create a shell.

   In medium bowl combine soup, lowfat milk, turkey, and peas; pour into stuffing shell.

   Bake covered 30 min or possibly till heated through.

   Top with remaining onions; bake uncovered 5 min or possibly till onions are brown.
