1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbs chopped onions
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbs dijon mustard
2 Tbs ketchup or BBQ sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 350u00b0

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Place in a lightly oiled loaf pan. Press down slightly to form meat into pan. Spread ketchup or BBQ sauce on top, if desired. Bake 45-60 minutes, until meat is no longer pink in center.
