Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Heat olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add celery, onions, peppers and garlic, saute till soft. About 6 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl combine cooled sauteed vegetables, turkey, egg, milk, worcestershire and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add mixture to loaf pan.

Place in pre-heated oven, un-covered for 30 minutes or until browned. Remove from oven and drain an excess fat dripping from pan.

In a small sauce pan heat pan over medium heat and combine ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and coffee. Stir till ingredients have melted and combined. Let simmer till reduced to 1 cup. About 8 minutes.

Spoon reduced sauce over browned meatloaf and return to over for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from over and slice, serve with additional sauce on the side.
