Servings: persons

1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 Tbsp. basil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. raisins or currants
1/2 c. Romano cheese
1 bouillon cube of beef, in 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper on top (optional)
1/2 green pepper, cut up
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
1 additional tsp. Romano cheese

Mix all but last 3 items in a bowl; pour into a meat loaf pan sprayed with Pam.

Pour over it the tomato sauce; add the cut up green pepper.

Sprinkle with more Romano.

Cover with plastic wrap; microwave on High for 18 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes and frozen corn.
