Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup; 1 cup Mayonnaise; 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice; 1/2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese; 1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder (optional)

3 cups Cooked Turkey, Diced
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
1 cup Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing Mix Or Toasted Bread Crumbs
1/2 cups French Fried Onion Rings (from A Can), Optional
2 cans (10 1/2 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
1/2 cups Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder (optional)

In a greased 9 x 12 baking dish (or equivalent of), layer broccoli and diced turkey, covering the bottom of the dish.

Melt the butter and toss with stuffing mix or toasted bread crumbs.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crumbs over the broccoli/turkey layer.

Mixing the sauce ingredients together.

Pour sauce in an even layer over broccoli/turkey layer.

Top with remaining 1/2 cup stuffing mix/bread crumbs.

Optional: top with 1/2 cup French Fried Onion Rings instead of stuffing mix or bread crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes until nicely browned and bubbly.

Notes: This recipe works well with diced cooked chicken instead of turkey.

Curry powder can be left out without compromising the recipe.
