Turkey Burgers with Chipotle Ketchup

   Mix turkey, breadcrumbs, cheese, and cilantro in a bowl.

   Season with salt and pepper.

   Divide into four even patties.

   Grill over medium heat until cooked through.

   *For this recipe, ground turkey breast doesnt work well because theres not enough fat to keep your burgers juicy.

   Also dont be weirded out by the cilantro.

   It isnt overwhelming and adds a unique flavor!

   Meanwhile, mix 1-2 tablespoons chipotle Tabasco (or you can use regular Tabasco, we like the taste just as well) with the ketchup.

   (You may never go back to regular ketchup on hamburgers again!)

    Serve burgers on toasted buns, topped with spicy ketchup, a bit of mayo, and your other favorite toppings.
