Remove sausage from casing, and mix well with the ground beef.

Place into a freezer bag and cut just the smallest tip off of a corner and use it as a piping bag.

Fill each rigatoni noodle with the meat filling.

If you have issues, which sometimes I do, you can just place the meat in a bowl and push the noodles into the meat to force it through.)

Once all of your noodles are filled, place into a lightly sprayed baking dish, cover with your cans of tomatoes, seasoning and sugar.
