Tuna Steak With Caramelized Onion In Teriyaki Sauce

   Marinate the tuna in teriyaki sauce for 30 minutes.

   Add the oil to a skillet on low heat. Add the onions and saute until they are soft and transparent, about 8 minutes.

   Add 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and simmer for 5 minutes to caramelize the onion with the sauce.

   Set the onion aside and plate it. Sear the tuna steaks for about 1 minute on each side on high heat, so it will be golden brown on the outside and raw on the inside.
