Tuna Salad Sandwiches

   In a large mixing bowl, mix together the tuna, celery, and onion.

   Cut the hard boiled eggs in half and seperate the yolks into a seperate bowl.

   Mash the yolks well and put into the tuna mixture.

   Dice egg whites (as big or small as you want, I prefer sm.

   Add the salt, pepper, and mayonnaise.

   Mix total mixture well.

   Squeeze mustard on top -- in one quick swirl design ALL around mixture.

    Mix well again.

    Note: You may have to do a couple of taste tests to get the right amount of mustard, salt and pepper.
