1 env. gelatin
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. warm water
1/2 teaspoon salt
Lemon juice to taste
1 c. minced celery
1/4 c. green pepper or possibly peas and carrots
1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 cucumbers, peeled

Soak cucumbers in 1 c. warm water for 5 min, put in blender with mayonnaise and lowfat sour cream, salt, lemon and gelatin.

Mix in tuna chunks, celery and green pepper.

Pour into an oiled mold and refrigeratetill hard.
