Name: Tuna Salad Casserole

Ingredients: 2 cans tuna, drained; 1 1/2 c. celery, diced; 1 can mushrooms, drained; 1/2 c. ripe olives, sliced; 1 Tbsp. onion, grated; 1 tsp. lemon juice; 1 c. mayonnaise; 2 c. Corn Chex; 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded; 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Combine first 7 ingredients.

Stir in 1 cup Corn Chex.

Spoon into shallow 1 1/2-quart casserole.

Bake 15 minutes at 350u00b0. Sprinkle cheese over salad.

Crush remaining Chex to 3/4 cup. Combine with melted butter.

Sprinkle over cheese and return to oven.

Bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
