(8 oz. each) munchen egg noodles; Paprika, to taste; 1 sprig parsley

1 can (12-1/2 oz.) tuna (water packed)
1/2 cup diced radishes
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup olives
1/2 cup diced green peppers
1/2 cup diced pimentos
1/2 cup sweet relish
1/2 mayonnaise
1 pkg. frozen green peas
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. salt and pepper
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) munchen egg noodles
Paprika, to taste

Cook noodles; rinse and set aside to cool.

Drain tuna.

Dice all vegetables (except green peas).

Put vegetables in large bowl; add salt, pepper, sugar, celery seed and green peas.

Add noodles and tuna, then toss all ingredients together.

Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Serve on bed of lettuce.

Shake paprika over and garnish with sprig of parsley.
