Tuna Pasta Salad

   Prepare the pasta until well done, following the instructions on the package. Drain well and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

   Mix the carrot, onion, tomato, jalapenos, parsley, lettuce, tuna, and pasta together in a large salad bowl.

   Whisk together the pickled jalapeno juice, mustard, and mayonnaise and mix into the salad.

   Serve topped with avocado slices.
