Tuna Party Puffs Recipe

   Grease 2 small baking sheets.

   Place water, butter and salt in 2 qt saucepan; heat over high heat till butter melts and mix boils.

   Reduce heat to low; vigorously stir in flour till mix forms a ball and leaves sides of pan.

   Remove from heat.

   Cold 1 to 2 min.

   Beat Large eggs into flour mix, one at a time, till thoroughly blended.

   Drop the puff mix by scant tablespoonsful 2 inches apart onto baking sheets.

   Bake 20 min or possibly till lightly browned.

   Cut a slit in each shell and bake 5 min longer.

    Cold on wire racks.

    Slice 1/3 from top of each shell and fill with tuna mix.

    Arrange on platter.

    Cover and chill till serving time.

    Filling: Stir all ingredients together in small bowl: spoon into puffs.
