1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chicken broth

Place 1/2 of macaroni mixture into ungreased 9 x 13-inch dish.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in saucepan over low heat; stir in flour and remaining salt and pepper.
