1
This is a really easy recipe.
2
You will need to fry these in a pan with your frying pan filled about half way with the cooking grease of your choice (Canola oil works well).
3
Get your grease ready, nice and hot.
4
Mix all the ingredients together well, except the cooking grease.
5
I just use a Tablespoon and put the mixture in the hot oil I can usually fit about 4 in one pan then I press them down with a flat spatula once they are in the pan.
6
Be careful as you put them in the pan because sometimes the grease will pop on you.
7
Fry the croquettes on each side until they are golden brown, which usually takes about 3-5 minutes depending on the temperature of the grease.
8
Once they are done take them out and place them on or in something where the grease can be soaked up.
