Truro Clam Pizza

   Turn grill on high

   Roll out dough as thin as possible - I try to make two pizzas at a time - each half the size of my grill

   Coat board with thin layer of corn meal and lay dough on board

   Clean grill and coat w/EVOO

   Place dough on grill - turn grill down if dough bubbles quickly

   Grill on this side until bottom of dough is browning then remove onto board coated w/corn meal - cooked side up

   Add pizza toppings in order - sauce, basil leaves, onions, tomatoes, mozzarella & parmesan (optional)

   Oil grill again and place pizza back on.

   Cook until new bottom is brown.

    Serve immediately
