Add 1 TBS butter, 1/2 of a container of frozen pina cola mix, and pint of half-and-half.", "Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding thickens up. This will take a while. Once the pudding is the consistency you want, take off heat and mix in 1 tsp vanilla.", "Toasted Coconut:", "Spread 7 oz (1/2 of a 14 oz.) bag of sweetened shredded coconut on a rimmed baking sheet and bake in a 325 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes, stirring often until golden brown.
