Preheat oven to 325u00b0F. Line baking sheet(s) with parchment paper.

Combine cake mix, chocolate pouch from cake mix box, eggs, butter, flour and water in a large bowl. Beat with an electric mixer at low speed 30 seconds or until just moistened, scraping sides of bowl with rubber spatula. Continue beating at medium speed for 2 minutes. Dough will be thick. Divide dough into two equal pieces.

Place dough on baking pan(s) and, with floured hands, pat each into 12x4-inch logs.

Bake 25 minutes. Let cool slightly. Diagonally slice each log into 1/2-inch slices. Arrange slices on baking pan and bake an additional 20 minutes, flipping biscotti halfway through. Transfer to wire rack and cool completely.

Place frosting in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High 10-15 minutes; stir until smooth. Drizzle on biscotti. If desired, drizzle with melted semi-sweet chocolate.
