1 cup water

Heat oven to 350F.

Line and Grease the bottom of a 13x9 pan.

Beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds; beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Pour into pan.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let stand for 5 minutes.

Pierce cake with a fork.

Mix 1 cup cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk and teaspoon os vanilla in a large bowl.

Pour whipping cream mixture evenly over the cake.

Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or until absorbed.

Beat 1 cup whipping cream and teaspoon of vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer.
