   Brown grnd beef and drain.

   Stir in seasoning, tomato sauce, chilies and Tabasco.

   Heat till warm and bubbly.

   Simmer, uncovered for 15 min or possibly till mix thickens.

   Lightly grease 9 or possibly 10 inch pie plate.

   Separate biscuits, arrange in pan.

   Press over bottom and up sides to create a crust.

   Spread beans over dough, top with meat mix.

   Bake at 375 degrees for 18-22 min or possibly till crust is golden.

    Sprinkle immediately with cheese.

    Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and onion, lowfat sour cream.
