Toscano Soup - Crock Pot

   Brown Sausage in Skillet over Medium-High heat until no longer pink.

   Place cooked Sausage, Chicken Broth, Water, Garlic, Potatoes and Onion in Crock Pot.

   Cover and cook on High 3-4 Hours until Potatoes are soft (Optional: Mash Potatoes for texture).

   Add Kale or Swiss Chard.

   Cover and let sit for 5 Minutes.

   Stir in Heavy Whipping Cream and serve.
