Tortilla With Mole Sauce Bake

   Preheat the oven to 200 Celsius.

   Puree the mole paste in the blender with the water, bouillon, and tomato. Place the puree into a saucepan and heat, stirring until thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.

   Grease a baking dish with cooking spray and place a layer of tortillas on the bottom, cutting to fit if necessary. Sprinkle with chicken and cheese, drizzle with mole sauce, and top with cream. Repeat the layers and finish with shredded cheese.

   Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese melts. Remove from oven, let cool slightly before cutting, and serve.
