Italian seasoning; 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. sugar; 1/2 tsp. garlic salt; 1/2 tsp. pepper; 3 c. canned or frozen corn; 2 medium green peppers, sliced; 1/4 c. cornstarch; 1/4 c. water; shredded Mozzarella cheese

4 small zucchini, sliced in 1/4-inch pieces
2 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. canned or frozen corn
2 medium green peppers, sliced
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. water
shredded Mozzarella cheese

In a 4-quart Dutch oven, brown and crumble sausage.
