1 (7 ounce.) pkg. favorite macaroni, cooked and liquid removed
1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 Large eggs, beaten
Salt
Grnd pepper
1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
Fresh parsley

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine macaroni, lowfat milk, half of the Parmesan cheese, onion, Large eggs, and seasonings.

Mix well; stir in Mozzarella cheese and pour half in a greased 2 qt casserole.

Top with one tomato sliced, then remaining macaroni mix.

Toss crumbs with butter.

Arrange remaining tomato on top and sprinkle with crumbs.

Sprinkle with 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese and bake for 20 min.
