(8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened; 1 c. lowfat sour cream; 1 c. cottage cheese; 1/4 c. parsley; 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce; 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) egg noodles, cooked & liquid removed

1 1/2 pound grnd beef
1 minced onion
1 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 can stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. ketchup
1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. lowfat sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. parsley
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. (10 ounce.) egg noodles, cooked & liquid removed

Brown meat and onion, drain.

Add in garlic salt, pepper, tomatoes and catsup.

Cook over medium heat 10-15 min or possibly till most of liquid is absorbed.

Mix cream cheese and lowfat sour cream till smooth.

Add in cottage cheese, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.

Mix till well blended.

In buttered 3 qt casserole, layer meat mix, cheese mix and noodles with meat ending on top (can be assembled ahead and refrigerated till needed).

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
