   Preheat oven to 350 degrees, grease a 9 inch spring form pan

   In a medium bowl mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.

   Press onto bottom of the pan.

   In a large bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar until smooth.

   Pour in milk and combine.

   Add eggs one at a time, mixing just enough to incorporate.

   Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour until smooth.

   Pour over crust

   Bake for approx 70 minutes.

    Keep checking after 60 minutes.

    It is done when the middle is set.

    It may require more time depending on your oven temp.

    When done turn off oven, but keep cake in oven for approx 4-6 hours to prevent cracking.
