1 small apple, cored, seeded and chopped
maple syrup or apple butter

In a medium bowl combine first 6 ingredients; beat until smooth and creamy.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 425u00b0. In a 10-inch dish, arrange sausages in a spoke-like fashion.

Bake for 5 minutes.

Fold 1/2 cup cheese into the batter.
