In shallow bowl, combine espresso and kahlua. One at a time place half of lady fingers in the coffee mixture and place them coffee side down. With pastry brush, splash a wee bit of the coffee mixture over the tops of the lady fingers.

In mixing bowl, beat eggs and egg whites wt 3/4 C sugar until thick.

In another mixing bowl, beat mascarpone with vanilla

slowly, a bit at a time, add egg mixture to cheese mixture, beating well. Spread 1/2 of mixture over the lady fingers. Sift 1.5 tsps of cocoa powder over the top. Dip remaining lady fingers in the coffee mixture and place in the pan.. Brush the tops. Spread remaining cheese mixture over the lady fingers. Cover with plastic wrap ad refrigerate overnight.

Just before serving which cream with 1 TBS sugar until stiff peaks. Spread whip cream over cheese mixture. Gently sift 1.5 tsps of cocoa powder over whipped cream. With vegetable peeler, scrape the edge of the chocolate bar over the dish to make chocolate shavings.
