   1. when your going to deep fry or pan fried heat oil put bamboo chopsticks or bamboo utensils into oil if it bubbles its hot enough to fry if it doesn't bubble check till it bubbles but dont leave in oil

   when you have leftover broth put into ice trays and freeze , after they freeze add to freezer bags use as much as you need when you need it

   when boiling water for pasta add olive oil to water then kosher salt it will cause salt to float and spead evenly

   when boiling something add bamboo chopsticks across the top of pot to keep from boiling over

   lay wax paper down when you are rolling vegetables, cabbage rolls, grape leaves , biscuits, spring rolls, egg rolls spray with non stick spray it wont stick and very easy clean up

    if you measure honey syrup or molasses spray your measuring cup or spoon with non flavored non stick spray it will come out or off quickly and cleaner

    when you cut up or clean fish or chop onions you get smelly odor to your hands use stainless steel bar or any thing stainless use like a bar of soap they have one called scent remover it will remove the odor

    when you hand cut homemade pasta if you cutting on a diaginal cut use the hand you dont write with first then use the hand you do write with cutting across you previous diaginal cut this way the pasta stays flat not bunching up

    if you are using a funnel to pour into a container and the subtance your pouring is sticky or thick you can use pam or another non-stick spray spray the inside of funnel and it should pour without sticking use a chopstick to help it through
