Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour; 1/2 cup cocoa powder; 2 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp salt; 16 oz semisweet choclate chopped and melted.; 2 tsp vanilla; 4 large eggs; 2 tsp instant coffee or expresso powder; 1 1/2 stick butter softened; 1 1/ cup packed lt brown sugar; 1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 cups all purpose flour

2 tsp instant coffee or expresso powder

1 1/ cup packed lt brown sugar

1. sift flour, cocoa, baking power and salt.

2. melt choclate until smooth(set aside)

3. beat eggs, vanilla and sprinkle coffee powder over and let dissolve (set aside)

beat butter till smooth and creamy, beat in sugars until combined(do not overbeat) add egg mixture until incorporated, stream in

chocolate mixture. With machine running add the dry ingredients just until combined.

Cover with plastic and let stand at least 30 minutes at room temp until it thickens (fudge like) use a 1/3/4 inch ice cream scoop and drop on parchment.
