The Best Vanilla Cupcake Recipe

   Preheat the over to 370F.

   Beat the softened butter with the sugar until light.

   Mix in the eggs.

   Sift flour and mix into butter mixture while adding the milk.

   Add the vanilla and mix, you should have a rich , thick, wet mixture.

   Place muffin papers in your cupcake tray and fill with the mixture, you will want just fill above half way mark of each paper.

   Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the tops of the cupcakes spring back.

   Cool your cupcakes on a wire rack.

   Once cold you can ice and decorate.
