Thanksgiving Pepperoni Stuffing

   Chop pepperoni into small pieces, break italian loaf into small pieces and mince garlic clove.

   In pan, fry small amount of olive oil, garlic, eggs and pepperoni.

   (May add more pepperoni, green peppers and/or onions to taste)

   In large bowl combine stuffing mix, can of olives including juice, italian bread pieces, chicken broth.

   (May add more olives to taste)

   Combine all ingredients, bake at 350 until heated and enjoy.
