Lettuce Cups, To Serve
1/2 cups Cabbage, Shredded
1 Tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Honey
1- 1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
1/2 teaspoons Fresh Ginger, Freshly Grated

Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large non-stick skillet.

Saute the yellow onion, half the green onions, carrots, and garlic.

Cook the vegetables until they are fragrant and soft, 7-8 minutes.
