Texas Fudge

   Drain jalapenos, seed, stem and chop well.

   Combine with cheese.

   Sprinkle mixture in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Pour beaten eggs over the cheese and pepper mixture and bake 25 minutes in preheated 350u00b0 oven.

   Cool slightly and cut into squares to serve.
