Ingredients: 2 lb pork steaks (or more); 1 tbsp dried oregano; 2 tsp lawrys seasoned salt; 1 tsp chili powder; 1 tsp cumin; 1 tsp coriander; 1 tsp garlic powder; 1 tsp onion powder; 1/2 tsp black pepper; 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper; 1 cup ketchup; 2 tbsp brown sugar; 2 tbsp molasses; 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce; 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar; 1 tbsp mustard; 1 tbsp tex mex rub

2 lb pork steaks (or more)
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp lawrys seasoned salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp tex mex rub

Mix dry ingredients and reserve 1 tablespoon for the sauce.

Seasoned pork steaks generously with rub and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.

Mix BBQ sauce and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.

Set up your grill for Direct Heat.

Grilled pork on first side for 5 to 10 minutes.

(depending on the thickness and temperature of the grill).

When the juices begin to collect on the top flip over and add barbecue sauce.

Continue cooking for another 5 + minutes.

Glaze with barbecue sauce again and cook for an additional 4 or 5 minutes then removed from grill.
