Terrific Apple Cake

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Beat the oil and sugar.

   Add the eggs. Beat until creamy.

   Sift together flour and spices.

   Stir into batter or use low speed on mixer.

   Add all remaining ingredients. Mix.

   Batter will be thick and lumpy.

   Butter and flour a 13 x 9-inch pan, angel food tube pan or Bundt pan.

   Cool in pan before turning out.

    Bake a 13 x 9-inch pan for 1 hour at 350u00b0 or other pans for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350u00b0.
