1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of tomato or condensed tomato soup
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Cook chopped onion in fat until golden brown. Add hamburger meat, salt and pepper. Cook until all meat is done. Add Worcestershire sauce, catsup, mustard, celery (if desired), tomato soup, chili powder and Italian seasoning. Cover. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve on rice or toasted buns. Good for buffets.
