Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat.

Add celery and onions; cook 3 to 5 min.

or until thickened, stirring constantly.

Add bouillon, dill weed and pepper; mix well.

Bring to boil, stirring constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min., stirring frequently.
